You can practice sport fishing all year-around in Mazatlán, and among those species that may be caught are the traditional Swordfish, found from January through May; likewise, you´ll find Striped Marlin from January through April, Black Marlin from May through August, Blue Marlin from May through October, Sailfish from March through December.
